This process works in apps: TB CRM

This article will teach you how to search Google Places from Routes, save businesses as leads, and add them to a visit route.

TB CRM Routes can search Google for businesses near your map area (for example “tire shop”). Results appear as light-blue pins so you can tell them apart from customers (red) and existing leads (purple). You can save finds as leads one-by-one, or select a cluster with Radius or Lasso and bulk-add as leads and/or route stops. Each Google nearby search uses 1 Map Run from your CRM plan allowance.

Steps

Conclusion & best practices

Search only where you plan to work that day so Map Runs stay productive. Prefer Add as Leads when building pipeline without leaving the office; use Add to Route when you are about to drive. Re-searching the same area will skip businesses already saved with a Google place id. If Map Runs are exhausted, purchase a pack or wait for the next monthly allowance before searching again.
