How to cancel a Tire Base subscription?

This article will teach you where to manage your Tire Base plan and how to cancel it with the Cancel all button.

You cancel the Tire Base plan in TB One, not in Settings inside Books, POS, WMS, or other product apps. Organization Settings (users, locations, tax) does not cancel billing. Open Applications — that is the manage-subscription screen — then click Cancel all. Only organization administrators can cancel. You keep full access until the end of the current billing period; there is no refund.

Steps

• Open TB One at one.tirebase.io (from the app launcher in any product, or go there directly).
• Confirm you are signed in as an organization administrator. Only admins can cancel.
• In the sidebar, open Applications. This is where you manage your subscription.
• On the plan overview card, click Cancel all. (From Billing you can also click Manage plan, which opens the same Applications screen.)
• Optionally enter a reason, then type CANCEL in the confirmation box.
• Click Cancel all again to schedule cancellation. Billing stops at period end; you keep full access until then.
• If you change your mind before the period ends, return to Applications and click Cancel scheduled cancellation.

Conclusion & best practices

Do not look for a cancel button in product Settings — that is organization setup, not billing. Invoices and payment methods live under Billing; the cancel action is Cancel all on Applications. After the period ends, apps go read-only until you Reactivate from TB One.
