How to choose the right Tire Base plan?

This process works in apps: TB One

This article will teach you how plans are sized and how to pick between a single app and the TB One bundle.

Every Tire Base app sells on the same shape of plan — usually Free, Pro, and Ultra, though the live names and numbers on the pricing page are what count. The plan controls two separate things. First, monthly usage — how much app activity (lookups, saves, and route Map Runs) you get before small overage charges start, similar to minutes on a phone plan. The multiplier and allowances are on the live price list, not a memorized 5× or 20× rule. Second, shop capacity — how many invoices or work orders, unique part numbers, users, and locations the plan includes. Current prices always live on the pricing page and in the website chat with Pete.

Conclusion & best practices

Do not over-buy on day one. Most shops start on Pro, watch a full month of real activity, and adjust. Watch capacity limits (users, locations, unique part numbers) as closely as usage — those are the limits shops usually hit first when they grow.
