How to reactivate a lapsed subscription?

This process works in apps: TB One
This article will teach you how to use the reactivate flow when an app is blocked for billing.
When payment fails or a subscription lapses, product apps show a blocker with a reactivate path — usually linking to TB One /reactivate. Completing payment restores allowedApps access after provisioning catches up. Floor staff cannot fix this at the POS; an admin must update billing.
Steps
- From the blocker screen, click Reactivate (or open one.tirebase.io/reactivate).
- Sign in as a billing admin if prompted.
- Confirm the tenant and subscription being restored.
- Update payment method if the old card failed.
- Complete payment and wait for confirmation.
- Refresh TB One Dashboard and launch the blocked app.
- Tell the shop floor access is restored so they retry failed logins.
Conclusion & best practices
Fix the underlying payment method after reactivation so the outage does not repeat next cycle. Notify floor staff when access is back — they may still have cached error screens until refresh. Document who owns billing contacts to shorten future outages.
