This article will teach you how to change the active organization so app tiles match that tenant’s subscriptions.

Users with multiple tenantIds can belong to more than one dealer organization. Switching the active org in TB One refreshes app tiles, billing context, and SSO targets. Product apps also reset location context on tenant change — always re-select warehouse/shop location after switching.

Steps

• Open the organization selector in the One header.
• Pick the organization you need to administer or work in.
• Wait for dashboard tiles to refresh.
• Verify subscriptions match what you expect for that dealer.
• Launch the product app from a tile.
• Inside the app, re-select location in the header.
• Confirm customer/data searches return that tenant’s records only.
