How to view billing in TB One?

This process works in apps: TB One
This article will teach you how to review active subscriptions and update payment methods.
Billing shows active app subscriptions, invoices, and payment methods for tenant admins. A failed card silently blocks apps for the whole organization — checking Billing monthly prevents Monday-morning outages. Keep a company card or AP-owned method on file, not an individual rep’s personal card.
Steps
- Open Billing in TB One.
- Review each active subscription and renewal date.
- Open failed or past-due invoices if any appear.
- Check the payment method on file (expiry, billing ZIP).
- Update card or ACH details before the next charge attempt.
- Download invoices your accountant needs.
- Notify internal stakeholders after fixing a past-due account.
Conclusion & best practices
Keep a backup admin who can reach Billing. A single personal card on file is a common outage cause when employees leave. After updating payment, open Applications to confirm no apps remain in blocked state.
