This article will teach you how to read today’s shop activity and jump into Hub or Order Builder for new work.

The POS Lite dashboard is the morning snapshot for the front counter: open work, quotes waiting on customers, and shortcuts into the flows you use all day. It does not replace Hub check-in or Order Builder — it helps you see what needs attention first.

Steps

• Open TB POS (POS Lite) and land on the Dashboard.
• Review open work orders and quotes that still need action.
• Note any totals or counts that look off for the day so far.
• Use the dashboard shortcuts to jump into Hub for a new check-in.
• Or open Order Builder when you already know the customer and job.
