This article will teach you how to search tires, add services, review totals, and move toward quote or checkout.

Order Builder is the main tire-shop workflow: attach a customer, find tires by size digits or part number, add labor/services, and review tax and totals. Work you save here becomes a quote or work order that reconciles with Books collections.

Steps

• Open Order Builder from Hub, Dashboard, or an existing quote.
• Confirm the customer (and vehicle if required) on the order.
• Search tires using size digits (e.g. 2055516) or a part number.
• Add the selected tires and any shop services or fees.
• Review quantities, prices, tax, and the order total.
• Save as a quote, continue as a work order, or proceed to complete/checkout when the customer is ready.

Always use digit-only size search — formatted sizes are unreliable. Keep quotes clean (remove abandoned lines) so Hub lists stay usable during busy days.
