Which PartsTech plan do I need?

This article will teach you the difference between PartsTech Free, EstimateXpress, and EX Elite, and when to add paid tire suppliers.
PartsTech billing is inside PartsTech (Subscription), not on a Tire Base invoice. Prices below are what PartsTech showed for yearly billing and can change — always confirm in PartsTech. Free is $0 / month and never billed. EstimateXpress is $45 / month billed yearly (save 10% vs $50). EX Elite is $90 / month billed yearly (save 10% vs $100). A separate Tires add-on is $15 / month or $180 / year to unlock extra wholesale tire suppliers.
Steps
- In PartsTech, open Subscription (Choose plan). Monthly vs Yearly is a PartsTech toggle — yearly shows SAVE 10% on paid plans.
- Stay on PartsTech Free for parts and tire ordering, VIN / plate lookups, vehicle diagrams, live wholesale price, and 50+ included tire suppliers. Free limits Popular Jobs to Brake-Front jobs and Preferred Brands to Brake-Front parts. Customizable Jobs, tire comparison, retail pricing, analytics, user permissions, VIP support, and Labor Estimates are not on Free.
- Upgrade to PartsTech EstimateXpress when advisors need Labor Estimates, customizable jobs, preferred brands, tire comparison and mobile quoting, retail pricing, analytics, user permissions, and VIP support.
- Upgrade to PartsTech EX Elite when the shop also needs OE Fluid Specifications, OE Maintenance Schedules, and OE Vehicle Specifications. Labor Estimates are already on EstimateXpress.
- Under Choose paid tire suppliers, click Select on Tires if you need ATD, NTW, Max Finkelstein, Point S, and the other paid-column suppliers. See Tire Suppliers on PartsTech for the full lists.
- After the plan changes in PartsTech, return to a POS work order and open PartsTech again — Tire Base does not sell these plans.
Conclusion & best practices
