This article will teach you how to save pricing as a quote, find it later, and convert it when the customer commits.

Quotes hold tire and service pricing before the customer authorizes work. Saving a quote lets the shopper leave and return without rebuilding the cart, and converting preserves the lines into a work order.

Steps

• Build the job in Order Builder or Tire Quoter with the correct customer.
• Save the document as a quote.
• Note the quote so the customer (or your team) can reference it later.
• When the customer returns, open Quotes (or Hub) and select that quote.
• Review lines and prices for any changes since it was written.
• Convert to a work order to continue service and checkout.
