This process works in apps: TB Reports
This article will teach you how to pick a POS V1 template, set filters, and run results.
TB Reports is the Tire Base POS V1 (legacy) reporting app. Opening a report starts on Reporting Templates; Report period, Store, and From/To dates determine what the POS API returns. Wrong filters are the #1 reason a report “looks empty.” These totals will not match Books line-for-line — that is expected.
Steps
- Open TB Reports and sign in with a user that has Reports access.
- Confirm the organization in the header is the shop whose POS V1 data you want.
- On Reporting Templates, pick Sales Journal, Transactions Report, Payments Report, or Profit & Loss — or open Saved Reports for a layout you already saved.
- Set Report period, Store, and From/To dates. On Transactions Report also set Date type (Invoice Date or Created Date).
- Click RUN REPORT and wait for results to load.
- Scan Subtotal Sales or the grid totals against a day you can spot-check in POS V1.
- Use Data Grid for detail or Dashboard for KPI cards when the summary looks surprising.
Conclusion & best practices
TB Reports reads the legacy POS API only. Comparing Books and POS V1 numbers without knowing the source causes false alarms. Save filter habits as a team standard for weekly reviews.
