This article will teach you how to edit shared org tabs (users, locations, API keys) from Reports settings.

Organization Settings from TB Reports exposes the same shared tabs as other apps — Users, Permissions, Locations, API Keys, and more. Reports itself has few app-specific settings; most admin work happens in the org shell. Changes here affect every product app, not just reporting.

Steps

• Open Settings in TB Reports.
• Confirm you have admin / canAccessSettingsModule — otherwise you see Access Restricted.
• Choose the Organization tab you need (Users, Locations, API Keys, etc.).
• Edit with care — locations use wms-locations across apps.
• Save changes.
• Notify teammates if you changed locations, users, or keys they rely on.
• Return to the Reports library when done.
