This process works in apps: TB Reports
This article will teach you that TB Reports is only for Tire Base POS V1 (legacy) and how to run Sales Journal, Transactions, Payments, and Profit & Loss.
TB Reports at reports.tirebase.io is the reporting app for Tire Base POS V1 — the original / legacy Tire Base POS. It is not Books, not TB POS (POS Lite), and not WMS. Every template pulls live invoices, credit memos, payments, and inventory movement from the Tire Base POS API for the stores connected to your organization. Use Books for Books invoices, TB POS for shop check-in work orders, and WMS for warehouse counts.
Steps
- Open TB Reports (reports.tirebase.io) and sign in. Confirm the organization name in the header is the shop whose POS V1 data you want.
- On Reports, stay on Reporting Templates — or open Saved Reports if you already saved a custom layout.
- Choose a template: Sales Journal (revenue and profit), Transactions Report (all POS API columns), Payments Report (Paid Ins and Paid Outs), or Profit & Loss (Income, COGS, and Gross Profit).
- Set Report period (Today, This week to date, Last month, Custom, and other presets). Adjust From and To when you pick Custom.
- On Transactions Report, set Date type to Invoice Date or Created Date. Set Store to All Stores or a specific POS store.
- Click RUN REPORT and wait until FETCHING finishes. Ranges longer than 31 days ask you to confirm because the POS API can take several minutes.
- Use Data Grid for line detail, or Dashboard for Subtotal Sales, Tax Collected, Total Sales, Gross Profit, top customers, and top vendors.
- If the grid is empty or shows an API error, ask an admin to confirm the Tire Base POS API key is connected for this organization. Do not compare these totals line-for-line with Books.
Conclusion & best practices
TB Reports only answers Tire Base POS V1 (legacy) questions. Invoice Quantity on the Transactions Report can be negative (stock leaving) — that is inventory, not reversed sales. Use Subtotal Sales, Total Sales, Gross Profit, or Profit & Loss for sales and purchase totals. For Books, TB POS, or WMS numbers, open those apps instead.
