How to manage catalog images in Sync?

This process works in apps: TB Sync, TB Books, TB WMS, TB POS

This article will teach you how to find a brand, model, or SKU and upload images that resolve across Tire Base apps.

Catalog Images lets you attach SKU-level or model-level images used across apps. Tire Base resolves product photos through a shared priority chain (local SKU → global SKU → local model → global model → placeholder), so an image you upload in Sync can appear in Books, POS, and storefronts.

Steps

• Open Settings → Catalog Images.
• Search by brand, model, or SKU.
• Open the item that is missing or has the wrong image.
• Upload or replace the image (SKU image for a specific part; model image when it should apply to every size of that model).
• Save and spot-check the product in Inventory or another app that shows the card.

Use SKU images for unique part photos and model images when one photo covers a whole brand+model family. Prefer improving the shared catalog chain over inventing app-specific override collections.
