How to manage Sync / B2B customers?

This process works in apps: TB Sync
This article will teach you how to create or open B2B customers, assign programs or price levels, and connect them to sales channels.
Customers in Sync support dealer programs and B2B sales channels. These records are how you control who can shop a storefront, which price level they see, and how they map into your wider Tire Base customer master when channels and Books are linked.
Steps
- Open Customers in Sync.
- Create a new customer or select an existing one from the list.
- Enter company name, contacts, and any required billing or shipping addresses.
- Assign the correct price level or dealer program for that account.
- If you use Sales Channels, link the customer to the channel(s) they should access.
- Save and spot-check pricing on a test search or channel login when available.
Conclusion & best practices
Keep B2B customer identity consistent with Books when the same dealer also buys through invoices — duplicate emails and mismatched price levels cause support tickets. Always verify a program change with a test quote before telling the dealer it is live.
