This process works in apps: TB Sync
This article will teach you how to find submitted vendor orders, filter by status or supplier, and open line-level detail.
Vendor Orders is the history of purchases you sent through Sync integrations. Use it to confirm acknowledgements, watch status changes, and share order details with receiving or accounting without logging into each supplier portal separately.
Steps
- Open Vendor Orders from the Sync sidebar.
- Filter by vendor, date range, or status when the list is long.
- Click an order to open header details (PO number, ship-to, totals).
- Review line items for quantities, SKUs, and fulfillment notes.
- Use the status and timestamps to decide whether to follow up with the vendor or prepare inbound receiving.
Conclusion & best practices
Treat Sync as the system of record for integration-originated POs. If an order is missing after a successful checkout, refresh the list and confirm you are on the same organization and location context used when the order was placed.
