How to choose Shop By Category tiles on the B2B home page?

This article will teach you how to show only a few Shop By Category shortcuts on the B2B home page so the screen stays uncluttered.

The B2B home page can show six Shop By Category tiles: Shop Tires, Shop Wheels, Shop Parts, Search by Size, Search by Vehicle, and Search by Brand. If dealers only use one or two of those, turn the extras off. Hiding a home tile does not turn off Tires / Wheels / Parts in the header — use Product Types on the same B2B Settings tab to remove a catalog from search.

Steps

• Open Sales Channels in Sync and select the B2B portal. (Books → Settings → B2B Portal is a shortcut into this same Sync screen.)
• Go to the B2B Settings tab.
• Under Shop By Category, uncheck tiles you do not want. Leave the ones dealers actually use — for example Shop Tires and Search by Size.
• Save the channel. Uncheck every tile if you want to hide the whole Shop By Category section.
• Open the B2B home page and confirm only the checked tiles appear, in a tighter row instead of six wide cards.

Conclusion & best practices

Portals that have never been saved with this setting still show all six tiles. After you save a subset, only those tiles show until you change the checkboxes again.
