This article will teach you how to connect Bridgestone, powered by Tire Connect, including TreadNet accounts and what an order requires.

Bridgestone wholesale inventory, including accounts people know as Bridgestone TreadNet, connects in TB Sync on the Bridgestone card. The connection is powered by Tire Connect. Bridgestone serves the United States and Canada. The connect form loads whatever account fields Bridgestone asks for. If none appear, confirm your contact and send the request — do not invent an account number. Bridgestone’s published contact on this card is (615) 695-5800, 201 Bridgestone Pkwy, Lebanon, TN. An order uses one warehouse, up to 25 tires, and that warehouse is required.

Each supplier uses one vendor connection. Your TB Sync plan includes a set of connections. Every connection past that set is a vendor connection add-on.

Steps

Open TB Sync → Vendors → Vendor Connection and search Bridgestone. The card is powered by Tire Connect. TreadNet is the same supplier on this screen.
Choose the location. One Bridgestone account per location. Reconnect if Tire Base already had this shop connected.
Choose I already buy from them. Fill every required field the form shows. If the form says Bridgestone does not need extra account details, confirm the contact and continue. Use Open a new account only when that button is offered.
Add the shop contact, link a Books vendor, pick a distribution center (dealers see that name, not Bridgestone), and click Send request.
Bridgestone reviews the request. That can take up to two weeks. The vendor stays pending until they approve it.
After the connection is Active, open Inventory and search a tire size (digits, such as 2256517) or a part number. This supplier sits next to your warehouse and your other connections so the team can compare price and quantity. Then include the connection on a B2B portal (Sales Channels → the portal → Vendors & Brands), on a B2C Widget sales channel, or from an API key (Settings → Organization Settings → API Keys) with POST /v1/sync/inventory-search. Dealers and website shoppers see your distribution center name and your price. They do not see the supplier name. The API guide is the Universal API.
When you order, choose one Bridgestone warehouse. A warehouse is required, and the order holds up to 25 tires. You cannot mix two Bridgestone warehouses on the same order.
If you do not have a Bridgestone account yet and Open a new account is not offered, call (615) 695-5800 and open the account with Bridgestone first. Tire Base connects an account you already have.
