How to connect wholesale tire suppliers in Tire Base?

This process works in apps: TB Sync

This article will teach you which wholesale tire suppliers Tire Base is connecting, how Tire Connect powers that catalog, and that each connection is a vendor connection add-on.

TB Sync connects your shop to wholesale tire distributors so the same stock can show in Inventory for your team, on a B2B portal you set up for dealers, on a B2C widget on your website, or through the Platform API for your own project or agent. TireHub, Bridgestone, K&M, Tire Rack Wholesale, and U.S. AutoForce are powered by Tire Connect. ATD does not use Tire Connect. Tire Base connects to ATD directly as ATD – Ship to Store. A name on the directory below is the same wholesale list shops already know. It becomes a button in Vendor Connection when that supplier is live for your location.

Each supplier uses one vendor connection. Your TB Sync plan includes a set of connections. Every connection past that set is a vendor connection add-on.

Steps

• Open TB Sync → Vendors (the page title is Vendor Connections) → Vendor Connection.
• Confirm you have a free vendor-connection slot, or add a vendor connection add-on on https://tirebase.io/pricing/sync#add-ons. Each supplier you connect uses one slot.
• For ATD, choose ATD – Ship to Store. ATD does not use Tire Connect. Enter the ATD location number, link a Books vendor, map Local, Local+, and Nationwide, then click Request Whitelist. That whitelist is typically active within one business day.
• For TireHub, Bridgestone, K&M, Tire Rack Wholesale, or U.S. AutoForce, open that card. Those cards are powered by Tire Connect. If the cards are missing, Tire Connect is not enabled for this license yet — ask Tire Base support. There is no switch for it in Settings.
• On a Tire Connect card, pick the location. One account per location. Connect the same distributor again at another shop. If Tire Base finds a past connection, click Reconnect.
• On a Tire Connect card, choose I already buy from them and fill every field marked with a star, or Open a new account when that button is offered. Add the shop contact, link a Books vendor, pick a distribution center, then Send request.
• Tire Connect reviews that account before ordering is available. That can take up to two weeks. The vendor stays pending until they approve it. Cancel until the status is Finalized, or resubmit while it is Pending or Rejected. This wait is not the ATD whitelist.
• When the vendor is Active, search Inventory, then include the connection on a B2B portal, a B2C Widget, or an API key. Shoppers see your center name and your price, not the supplier name.
