How to connect U.S. AutoForce to Tire Base, my website, and my B2B portal?

This article will teach you how to connect U.S. AutoForce (TWI), powered by Tire Connect, and what an order requires.

U.S. AutoForce, also listed as U.S. AutoForce (TWI) or TWI, connects in TB Sync on the U.S. AutoForce card. The connection is powered by Tire Connect. The form loads the account fields U.S. AutoForce asks for. An order uses one warehouse, that warehouse is required, and the order holds up to 25 tires.

Vendor Connection, powered by Tire Connect, then Inventory, a B2B portal, a B2C widget, and the Platform API.

Each supplier uses one vendor connection. Your TB Sync plan includes a set of connections. Every connection past that set is a vendor connection add-on.

Steps

Open TB Sync → Vendors → Vendor Connection and search AutoForce or U.S. AutoForce. The card is powered by Tire Connect.
Choose the location. One U.S. AutoForce account per location. Click Reconnect when Tire Base finds a past connection.
Choose I already buy from them and fill every required account field. Open a new account only if that button is offered. If it is not, open the account with U.S. AutoForce first.
Add the shop contact, link a Books vendor, pick a distribution center, and click Send request.
U.S. AutoForce reviews the account. That can take up to two weeks. Ordering stays off until they approve it.
After the connection is Active, open Inventory and search a tire size (digits, such as 2256517) or a part number. This supplier sits next to your warehouse and your other connections so the team can compare price and quantity. Then include the connection on a B2B portal (Sales Channels → the portal → Vendors & Brands), on a B2C Widget sales channel, or from an API key (Settings → Organization Settings → API Keys) with POST /v1/sync/inventory-search. Dealers and website shoppers see your distribution center name and your price. They do not see the supplier name. The API guide is the Universal API.
On an order, pick one U.S. AutoForce warehouse. A warehouse is required. The order holds up to 25 tires. Two warehouses cannot share one order.
Include the connection on your B2B portal and your B2C widget under your own name. Dealers and shoppers do not see U.S. AutoForce.
