How to configure a sales channel in Sync?

This process works in apps: TB Sync
This article will teach you how to create or edit a B2B / widget sales channel, set branding and catalog scope, and copy the public URL.
Sales channels power B2B portals and embeddable website widgets such as the Service Appointment Booker. Each channel defines branding, which locations and services the customer sees, and how a completed booking creates work for your team (POS Lite quotes or work orders).
Steps
- Open Sales Channels in Sync.
- Create a new channel or open an existing one to edit.
- Set the display name, branding, and catalog / inventory scope.
- Review checkout behavior and any required customer or location defaults.
- Save the channel.
- Copy the embed snippet or public URL and place it on your website or share it with dealers.
Conclusion & best practices
Preview the channel as a customer would before announcing it. Mis-scoped locations or services are the most common go-live issue — fix scope in Sync rather than patching content on the website alone. For the Service Appointment Booker, see the dedicated setup article.
